The school is dedicated to supporting every child’s academic, social, and emotional development—and they are now seeking an experienced, motivated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team after Easter. The Role As an HLTA, you will play a key role in enhancing teaching and learning across the school. You’ll deliver targeted interventions, support pupils both individually and in small groups, and contribute to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of creative, engaging lessons Provide tailored one-to-one and small group interventions Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere Assist with planning and preparing learning materials Monitor pupil progress and support assessment processes Work with pupils with additional needs, promoting emotional well-being Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and wider staff Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
