What We Need From You:
Experience with Children/Young People as a Support Worker, TA, Tutor, Youth Leader, Care Worker, or similar setting.
A genuine passion for working with young people (aged 11-16).
Strong communication and listening skills.
A patient, flexible, and positive attitude.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one).
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting Students: Work 1-on-1 or in small groups with high school students who need an extra boost in their learning.
Classroom Backup: Partner with teachers to keep lessons running smoothly and keep students engaged.
Building Confidence: Help students navigate exams, coursework, and school life with encouragement and patience.
Creating Resources: Help prepare learning materials and adapt activities to suit different learning needs.
