Salary: Up to £TBC per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Location: Tidworth

Your Role:

*

You will be coordinating project data, schedules, records, and documentation across multiple IT platforms.

*

You will be managing financial information including purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and expenditure reporting.

*

You will be planning, tracking, and updating project progress while ensuring timely input from team members.

*

You will be maintaining accurate records, meeting minutes, proposals, and correspondence to support project governance.

*

You will be providing administrative and logistical support to ensure workflows remain on track.

*

You will be completing project tasks as required to support overall team goals.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: You will be educated to GCSE Level 5 in English and Maths or an equivalent standard.

Experience: You will have proven experience maintaining accurate financial and project data, working within interdependent teams, and applying knowledge of construction terminology and processes.

Skills: You will have excellent communication, strong organisational abilities, the capability to influence others, high-level IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while working proactively and independently.
