Telesales Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: 3 Days Per Week – Flexible School Hours Available

Contek Recruitment are a specialist recruitment business operating within the Engineering and Construction sectors across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a confident and organised Telesales Administrator to our team based in Sutton Coldfield.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexible, part-time work that can accommodate school hours while still offering a varied and engaging role within a busy office environment.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be making persistent outbound calls to prospective clients within the industries we recruit for, gathering key company information and helping support business development activities.

Alongside telesales activity, you will also support the wider team with general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

* Making outbound calls to prospective engineering and construction companies

* Gathering and updating company information and contact details

* Maintaining accurate records and databases

* Completing and updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets/forms

* Supporting consultants with general administration tasks

* Assisting with office organisation and day-to-day admin duties

The Ideal Candidate

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Comfortable with persistent outbound calling

* Organised with good attention to detail

* Competent using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

* Self-motivated and reliable

* Previous telesales, administration, or customer service experience preferred but not essential
