Trainee Service Repair Administrator
The working hours for the role are 8:00am-4:30pm with a 45 minute lunch break.
The key duty of this role will be to provide effective administration and support to the Service Repair Department.
Duties:
· Raising Purchase Orders in accordance with instructions
· Assisting with ordering of parts
· Assisting with processing customer enquiries by email and telephone
· Answering incoming telephone calls
· Typing up of site reports
· Communication with team/office and customer carried out in a timely, professional manner
· Provide basic admin support to field staff
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
· To undertake other ad hoc duties as requested by Line Management
Skills/Qualifications:
· GCSE English and Mathematics grade C/4 and above
· Good IT skills required
· Good organisational skills
· Excellent communicator both verbal and written
· Good people skills
· A professional person, able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people
· Able to use sound judgment, employing discretion as appropriate
· Level headed, capable of keeping order in a high pressure target driven working environment
