Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor pupils' progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners. Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children's learning and wellbeing.
