Year 4 Teacher - Full Time | Shrewsbury | September Start ETCS Welcome About the Role: Aspire People are working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Shrewsbury to recruit a Year 4 Teacher for a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor pupils' progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners. Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children's learning and wellbeing.
