Support Worker - Young People’s Housing Services Empowering independence, building futures Part Time | 15 hours | £10,344 (13.26 per hour) | Hemel Hempstead Hemel Hempstead Join our caring team supporting young people - including separated migrant children - as they build confidence, independence and a positive future. The Role Build trusting, compassionate relationships Provide trauma-informed support Encourage life skills and independence (no personal care) Maintain clear records and follow support plans Lone work confidently when needed Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agenciesAbout You You are caring, adaptable and committed to helping young people thrive. You communicate well, value inclusion and teamwork, and can manage boundaries and workload independently. A passion for learning and development is essential.
