Support Worker - Young People’s Housing Services Empowering independence, building futures Full Time | 37.5 hours | £25,857 | Hemel Hempstead Join our supportive team helping young people - including separated migrant children - build independence and move confidently toward their future. The Role Build trusting, compassionate relationships Provide trauma-informed support and promote life skills Encourage independence rather than personal care Maintain clear records and follow support plans Lone work when needed and collaborate with colleagues and agenciesAbout You You are caring, adaptable and confident communicating with young people from diverse backgrounds. You value inclusion, work well both independently and as part of a team, and are committed to person-centred support and continuous learning.
