Why join Trilogy Active? * Deliver engaging, safe fitness experiences in our gyms * Support the safe operation of swimming pools and dry-side facilities * Develop highly transferable skills across fitness, customer service and safety * Free Trilogy Active membership * Ongoing training and qualifications * Opportunities to progress within Trilogy Active * Supportive team environment * Flexible working options What You’ll Be Doing Fitness Instruction / Gym & Pool Supervision * Deliver safe, effective and motivating gym sessions * Support members with equipment use and personalised fitness plans * Promote health and wellbeing using Trilogy Health & Fitness principles * Carry out fitness assessments and monitor member progress * Supervise swimming pools and dry-side areas safely * Act within NPLQ standards * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation * Deliver excellent customer service to all users * Support specialist programmes such as Activity on Referral * Follow health, safety and safeguarding procedures at all times * Support colleagues across sites where required What You’ll Develop * Fitness instruction and programme delivery * Pool safety and emergency response * Customer service, communication and confidence * Health, safety and facility management * Teamwork, problem-solving and leadership readiness What We’re Looking For Minimum Level 2 recognised Health & Fitness qualification (essential) NPLQ and First Aid at Work (desirable, training available if not held) A positive, professional and motivating approach Passion for health, wellbeing and customer experience Confidence working with a wide range of people Commitment to safety, standards and teamwork Experience with Activity on Referral is desirable but not essential.
