Aztrum is proud to be partnering with an AJ100 architectural practice in Leicester, who are looking to appoint a Job Running Architect to join their Industrial & Logistics team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of large-scale industrial and logistics schemes, leading projects through the technical and delivery stages on high-quality developments.
Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:
• Run industrial and logistics projects from post-planning through to completion
• Lead large-scale warehouse, distribution, and industrial schemes
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist teams
• Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages in Revit
• Manage programme, budget, and quality throughout delivery
• Act as the primary client contact during delivery stages
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning conditions, and industry standards
• Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and handover
• Provide support and technical guidance to junior team members
Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:
• Proven experience running projects independently across all RIBA stages
• Revit experience essential
• Experience working on industrial, logistics, or large-scale commercial schemes
• Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Confident managing consultants and liaising directly with clients and contractors
• Ability to manage multiple live projects and deadlines
